Buying a home is a huge decision and a huge investment. Who you work with is of supreme importance! Don't end up with an agent by chance- select a professional who knows exactly how to get you into your dream home.
As a Senior Loan Officer as well as a RealtorŪ, I integrate the major services you'll need when buying your home. Call it "one-stop shopping" for your home search, call it multi-tasking, call it what you will, but once you've bought a home with me, you'll wonder why it isn't always done this way. The traditionally separate jobs of "Real Estate Agent" and "Loan Officer" are so interwoven throughout a real estate transaction, it is simpler and more efficient to have one experienced professional handling both tasks.
It's also a way that I save you money. Traditionally your Realtor is paid a commission, and your Loan Officer is paid a commission. Now, I can't say I can act as your Loan Officer for free, but handling the whole transaction makes it easy for me to be ultra-competetive with my rates and fees. You won't find a better loan or a better rate anywhere.
Oh, and did you know that the seller of the home you buy pays my entire real estate commission? No charge to you! This is one more reason not to wait to find your Buyer's Agent! Your Buyer's Agent is FREE to you! But the Buyer's Agent does get paid, and it is built in to the price of your home. So find someone professional who will work hard on your behalf! Find an agent that will go "preview" homes to see if they are any good before showing them to you! Find an agent that will hold your hand and walk you through the entire transaction, from searching for homes to closing on the best one you find. An agent that will explain everything to you as you go, so you'll understand how the process works and have no need to be apprehensive.

Pre-Approval is the first step. Not the most fun step, but the first. I will make sure to get you Pre-Approved before you start house-shopping, because being a pre-approved buyer is key to getting your offer accepted. It's not hard! Sign some papers, provide me with some info, and in a few days you have a full, real approval! Not only will your offer be stronger but you won't need to worry about getting declined after you've found your dream home- you're already approved for it.
Navigate the waters of the current Seattle housing market! You need an agent that is very familiar with the ins and outs of negotiating on your behalf in the current market conditions. Don't pay too much but don't miss out on a great deal for the wrong reasons!
