Optimal furniture arrangement and decoration is important to a home sale!  Unless your home already looks like a "model home," you can benefit from my help.

My services are customized to your home's needs- whatever will make it show as nicely as possible. 

Some homes just need to be de-personalized and have clutter removed.  In some we will rearrange the furniture entirely, and sometimes bring in all new furniture!  I have an extensive inventory of furnishings and home decor, so we'll find the best mix of my things and your existing things. 

I also offer remodel and upgrade advice- included, of course, with no extra charge.  Should you remodel the kitchen?  Replace the carpet?  I can estimate what your house will be worth, before and after any upgrades, to determine if the fixes will be money-makers-- or money-takers.
